Josephine London shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address, incomplete details, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates that the package has been marked as “Delivered”, Josephine London is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier, file a claim if applicable, and check with neighbors or building management.
We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests for orders confirmed as delivered.

Lost Packages
A package may be considered lost if there has been no tracking update for 15+ business days and the shipping carrier confirms the package is lost.
In such cases, we will review the situation and provide a resolution at our sole discretion.
